You have the right under Art. 16 of the GDPR to request the immediate correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data stored by us.

You have the right under Art. 17 of the GDPR to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

We process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case when an applicant submits relevant application documents to us electronically. If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the data transmitted will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements. If no contract is concluded between the data controller and the applicant, the application documents will be deleted after the rejection decision is communicated, provided that there are no other legitimate interests of the data controller that oppose deletion. The criterion for the duration of the storage of personal data is the respective statutory retention period. After the expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided it is no longer required for contract fulfillment or initiation.
